Meet Jeff Tasker
Jeff Tasker has substantial experience in federal and state courts representing individuals and corporate entities in a variety of matters. He handles a broad range of tort and complex business litigation and commercial transactions on behalf of individuals, privately held businesses, financial institutions, and publicly traded companies.
Jeff has served as lead attorney in arbitrations, trials, and appeals before state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Texas and Oklahoma. He is a qualified mediator and has extensive experience in litigation resolution strategy. Jeff works with his clients to think strategically to lessen, if not avoid, litigation costs. To that end, he serves as general counsel to several corporate entities and is frequently called upon to negotiate and prepare complex commercial agreements.
